Tribute to the german cities

Hi dear members!

We added a new video permanently on the main-page of the group, because it really touched me.

It is about the downfall of the Germans and their cities in the 2. world war and the big resurrection!

You must know, no country was ever bombed so badly like Germany, the british and american bombers destroyed around 1000 historical cities, often causing a so called firestorm, even in the last weeks of the war, like in Dresden, Würzburg or Potsdam. The capital city Berlin was a collection of ruins, what the Germans built in 2000 years, was destroyed...the allied thought, Germany will become an unimportant land of farmers now, a borderland between east and west. But they were completely wrong, because they forget the character of the german folk! Hard working, disciplinated people that help each other!
And so Germany could rise from the ruins, like a phoenix from ashes and after a few decades, Germany is again the strongest economy in Europe, after two lost world wars. After every war, not the government, but especially the normal people were punished. But the Germans didn´t give up and that´s why we have blooming cities again. And many old buildings are rebuilt every year, soon the old palace of Berlin will be reconstructed.
